Sometimes you may wake up in the morning with the brain fog . It’s just hard to get out of bed with fatigue and feeling tired .

This may lead you in staying in bed for a while longer which leads to the anxiety getting higher and to feeling sad.

Imagine in your mind painting a picture of your dreams. Just pretend and give yourself permission to have the attitude that you will have this. This is what you desire. This is want you want.

Write down in your journal with the perspective of imagining 1 -2-3 years forward in time…

  1. What painful condition will be eliminated when you have it?
  2. How will you know when have it?

Write down what you see. How will your communication with others be different. How will you feel when you have it?

Can you see and write down your thoughts based on a positive expectancy? I wonder when you will start rehearsing the skills and the resources needed to make this happen.

Will you write down the actions plan to accomplish this? Can you enjoy all the emotional part of getting your dreams? Meaning, enjoy doing it even when you get frustrated and want to quit. This is part of the learning curve of making your dreams true.

Like a child at play, you can ask your unconscious mind to come up with a plan which you may or may not know to keep you comfortable when there is stress you can keep you doing your goals when you are down and to keep you motivated?

See yourself taking actions to bring you more joy, more motivation, and more desire to have your goals become a reality. After all, you deserve to have closure on a goal that makes you happier about yourself.  Most importantly, you must have a strong desire and attract what you want.

Here are 7 Rules of Hypnosis:

Rule #1:  Every thought or idea causes a physical reaction. All your worries, negative self-talk, anger, or resentments affect your physical body.   Your negative thoughts have a negative reaction to your heart, stomach and stimulate your adrenal glands.

Rule #2:  What is expected tends to be realized. Your mind and body tend to respond to pictures of what you see, hear, and feel.  If your roadmap toward success is looking at what can go wrong, your unconscious mind tends to make this happen for you.  Your unconscious mind is very loyal and has an emotional history of all the stressors in your life.  It is primitive and emotionally stores your history.

When you are stressed out or triggered by past traumatic experiences, your nervous system is like sponge bob square pants.  Your body soaked up all the worry inside you.  So, on the outside, your behavior matches your fears.

Instead, expect a positive result and have the attitude that you will have it.  It is just a matter of time before it will happen.

Rule #3:  Imagination is more powerful than knowledge when dealing with your own mind or the mind of another. Imagination keeps you motivated toward taking action toward your goals.  It built confidence, knowing that you can correct what is wrong in a kind manner.

The characteristics one may have been to have paralyzing patience in taking action toward your goals.  Another trait is being exceptionally loving toward yourself when you make a mistake.

Rule #4:  Once an idea has been accepted by the subconscious mind, it remains until it is replaced by another idea. The companion rule to this is, the longer the idea remains, the more opposition there is to replace it with a new idea.

Rule #5:  Each suggestion acted upon creates less opposition to successive suggestions. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.  One must accept one’s own suggestions and once it has been accepted by your subconscious mind, it is easier to accept other suggestions and act upon them.

Rule #6:  An emotionally induced symptom tends to cause organic change if persisted long enough.

Rule #7:  When dealing with the subconscious mind and its functions, The Greater the Conscious effort, the less the subconscious response. Taking action produces a more relaxed state which your body enjoys.  When dealing with the unconscious mind, take it easy.

Morgan Freeman once said:

Self-control is strength.  Calmness is mastery.  You have to get to a point where your mood doesn’t shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else.  Don’t allow others to control the direction of your life.  Don’t allow your emotions to overpower your intelligence.
