“God grant me the serenity to accept
the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.”
Reinhold Niebuhr
One simple change can do your mind and body good. In order to change your bad habits, you must face and accept the things you can change. Accepting is not denial or bargaining the problem away.
To fawn and please others, so they will not be mad at you, is not accepting or correcting. Blaming others and disagreeing or finding fault or acting superior is keeping the problem. When you are self-conscious and analyze yourself or others, busying focusing on the right words and that you should never make a mistake, you are computing. There is maybe terrible loneliness and nobody cares, so you are off somewhere else like on cloud 9. Your communications and actions are off where else, your words don’t make sense, and your focus is off to an irreverent subject. This is the distractor.
You are basically in survival mode, NOT the success mode of change and adapting.
Accepting is facing what it is and finding another pathway, another route, and another way around it.
When you accept the change of being in menopause and getting older, a simple change to your diet can do a body good. Facing change toward motivation and benefits of your future life and achievements of your goals will make your future bright. It is about your rallying cry and what you want. What you want is bright, big, and exciting pictures of bright colors that will just wow you.
You are a person deserving of success.
You are a person that deserves to have utter love, acceptance, and that good loving feeling about you.
